Hello
Greetings from CNN International.

We are writing in regards to your recent statement on Motherless.com : https://nforce.com/transparency?case=motherless-07-05-2026

We understand that NFOrce has hosted this site since at least 2024.

Can you confirm the exact date that you began hosting Motherless?

And are you able to please confirm if you have received previous complaints about the content hosted on its site prior to the publishing of our investigation, in late March 2026, or the NOS articles on this site over the past few weeks?

Was NForce aware that Motherless was hosting content including drug facilitated sexual abuse and child sex abuse material prior to these investigations?

Has Motherless responded to your messages?

Can NFOrce put forward a representative for an interview today?

Thank you
Kara Fox

Our reply on 08-05-2026

Hi Kara,

Thank you for your email.

To date, NFOrce has not received direct contact or specific reports from CNN regarding URLs or content hosted on the platform in question.

The exact historical timeline of the customer relationship is not particularly relevant to the current matter. The platform has been hosted within NFOrce infrastructure for many years.

As previously communicated, NFOrce does not operate, manage, moderate, or control customer platforms or their content. Our role is limited to infrastructure services. Abuse handling is performed based on reports received through established legal and operational procedures.

We would also like to note that all relevant information, clarifications, and updates are being published and continuously updated on our transparency page:

NFOrce Transparency Page

Regarding historical allegations or specific categories of illegal content, NFOrce receives abuse complaints in general across its customer base and handles such matters on a case-by-case basis through established abuse handling procedures.

Where properly submitted reports contain sufficiently specific information, including relevant URLs or evidence, such reports are forwarded to the website operator with requests for review and, where applicable, removal or further action.

NFOrce was not aware of any alleged “trend” or broader pattern relating to the categories referenced in your question prior to the recent media publications. Had such concerns been clearly established and properly presented to us with actionable information, we would have required the website operator to address the allegations and provide clarification regarding the reported content.

Based on our cooperation with the customer to date, our understanding is that reports which are properly submitted and actionable are being attended to by the website operator.

At this stage, we are aware that the website operator is working on preparing a proper and comprehensive response to the various allegations and inquiries raised publicly. We have further been informed that they are working toward ensuring full compliance with all applicable requirements and obligations.

At this moment, we are fully occupied with handling operational follow-up, customer communications, and the high volume of media inquiries related to this matter, and are therefore unable to facilitate interviews.

Kind regards,
Simon
NFOrce Internet Services

Our request for data on 08-05-2026

Dear Kara,

Following your reporting and the references made in the article to specific URLs and content identified during your investigation, we would like to request additional information to allow proper review and follow-up.

To date, NFOrce has not received notifications from CNN or other media outlets containing the specific URLs referenced in the reporting, nor were these URLs submitted through our established abuse reporting procedures. We have likewise not received confirmation that these URLs were reported to the website operator or to the relevant authorities for assessment and follow-up.

Where potentially unlawful content is identified, timely reporting of such material to the relevant parties is essential to ensure that appropriate assessment, mitigation, and enforcement actions can be taken without unnecessary delay. Publishing allegations regarding specific content without first reporting the relevant URLs through the appropriate abuse handling channels significantly limits the ability of infrastructure providers, website operators, and authorities to review and address such material.

In order for NFOrce to properly assess the matters referenced and ensure that appropriate action is taken by the website operator where required, we request that you provide the full URLs and any relevant identifying information relating to the content investigated and considered problematic.

Upon receipt, these reports will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our established abuse handling and compliance procedures.

Kind regards,
Simon

Our request for data (Reminder) on 13-05-2026

Dear Kara,

We would like to kindly follow up regarding our previous requests of 8 May 2026 concerning the specific URLs and related identifying information referenced in your reporting and investigations concerning Motherless.com.

To date, NFOrce has still not received the URLs referenced in the various publications, nor confirmation that these were submitted to NFOrce, the website operator, or the relevant authorities for assessment and follow-up.

As previously explained, access to the specific URLs and related information is important in order for the matters referenced in the reporting to be properly reviewed and assessed.

We would therefore appreciate if the relevant URLs and associated identifying information could be shared with us so that they can be reviewed further with the website operator where required.

Kind regards,
Simon
